A2B Transportation is pleased to provide our customers this general airport and travel information. Massport asks that you do not call your driver until AFTER you have claimed ALL BAGS and you are ready to go out to the curb.
A2B Transportation is required to comply with local regulations established by each airport and local traffic authority. If you cannot find the livery pickup area, please ask an Airport Official. If you arrive at your destination and your driver is not there, please call us at (978) 238-1603 or at the contact number we have provided in case alternate arrangements may have been made.
Please note, the airlines will allow only one carry on and one personal item (brief case, backpack, purse, etc.) per person. No, liquids of any kind may be brought through the TSA Security checkpoint. Liquids are allowed in carry on luggage as long as they comply with the 3-1-1 format. All liquids must be contained in a bottle three ounces or less and placed inside a one quart clear plastic zip-top bag. Any sharp object must be placed in checked baggage, for example nail clippers, pocket knives, knitting items etc. For more information on TSA Security procedures and travel tips click here
When planning your ride with us, it is recommended that you check in 90 minutes prior to your departure for domestic flights and 2 hours for international flights. We will plan your pick up times with us accordingly.

From baggage area, exit through door A102, walk outside terminal, cross two roadways to the third island – you will see Limo parking there.
Air Canada, Alaska Air, American Airlines*, PenAir, Southwest, Spirit, United, Virgin America. Limo parking area is located underneath the parking garage directly across the street from the terminal on the baggage claim level.
Cape Air, Emirates*, JetBlue*, Sun Country Airlines
Limo parking area is located on the ground floor of the central parking garage. Follow airport signs to Limo Parking. Limo area is all the way across the garage. You must cross the Taxi pick up area and both Uber/Lyft pickup areas. Limo parking is immediately after the second Uber/Lyft pickup area.

T.F. Green: Exit baggage level, cross over 1 roadway, the pickup area is on the curb to your right.
Manchester: Proceed to the main doors of the airport. Exit out the revolving doors and cross the street to the first traffic island. As you are crossing the street note the sign for Parking Garage straight ahead. When you reach the first traffic island continue straight ahead (towards Parking Garage) and down the short flight of steps to lower parking lot. As you come down the steps note the covered area as you arrive in lower parking lot. We will be waiting here.
